When playing majong tiles on my laptop and I step away for a few minutes I come back to this error, "failed to create directx device". The game is then gone. I have searched this error and tried installing the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer as suggested and this did not fix the problem. I have windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. The Directx version is DirectX 11. My laptop is an ASUS system model K501J. I have also checked for errors in the dxdiag tool and there were "no problems found". Any other suggestions? Thanks.
